What do I do when a loan has been closed?
First, you should download the zip file containing all the uploaded files from you and from Integrated Processing. To do this, go to Processing Center, View Loan Pipeline and then click on the borrower who recently closed. Once in the borrower’s Detailed View, click on Download All Files (ZIP format) icon. This will automatically bring up a dialogue box asking you where to save the ZIP file. Choose a location and save the file.
Second, return to the Processing Center main panel. Click on Archive Borrower Files. Then find the borrower you wish to archive and click on Delete to the right of that borrower’s name. This will remove the file from your pipeline but will not remove the data from our server. We can always restore the file to your pipeline at any time at your request.
