When not thinking ‘outside the box' to make your loan work ‘inside the box', she is racing her sailboat on the North Coast with her family.

She navigates through the ever changing mortgage landscape with professionalism, spirit and nimbleness. The joie de vivre she brings in assisting her co-workers and clients makes for lively days at IP and loosens up those suit collars. After the day is done, she educates people about alternatives for a toxic free life.

In past careers, Brandi has owned a travel agency and been a loan officer. So she knows all about how the journey is just as important as the destination. A smooth vacation or a smooth loan is all in the details. Those behind the scenes labors makes IP and you shine with an efficient and effective processed loan. She derives enjoyment in giving her best, working as a team, and being challenged. When the last loan of the day is closed, Brandi can be found watching football, traveling extensively (of course!) or walking around town with her husband.

Lisa has traveled a different path to IP from various positions as a test and quality engineer with Saturn Automotive. Hmmm, what does loan processing and engineering have in common? Numbers, and lots of them. Even though there is a consistency or framework to each industry, each scenario is different and requires putting all the pieces together to make a quality product. She enjoys working with her energetic colleagues and making a difference on the front-line. Playing as hard as she works, is no surprise, as a girl scout leader, PTA chairperson, scrap booker and church volunteer.
